First, I want to recognize Carrie. She is the agent who has helped
me through my first cruise experience. I had and will have many
questions since this is our first cruise. She responded to every
email with incredible speed. She also returned phone calls very
quickly. I know that she is busy but I feel like I am her only
customer as she focuses on me when we were talking. She always is
open to my numerous questions and encourages me to call anytime to
ask any question.
I searched about four different companies and Discountcruising.com
came through with the best price. I think the cruise price is fixed
but the insurance cost and the onboard credit made all the
difference. We are not cruising until March of next year, but I
have total confidence in her to make our trip a success. Also,
thanks for not sending your business to overseas companies. When I
have a question, I want to speak to someone here in the United
Sates.

My family was planning our annual cruise and because of a mix-up
with our travel agent, my husband & my reservation got canceled
and then they didn't want to give us the discount. So, I set out to
book this same cruise using another company. In my search, I spoke
to many different people both via email and telephone. Then I met
Rita.
Rita's assistance with the booking of our cruise was VERY
PROFESSIONAL. She explained everything that she could do to help me
with the reservation and she truly held to her word. In her being
professional, she made me feel comfortable with every step - more
travel agents should be like her. My family has an annual vacation
and I have already spoken to my family regarding Rita and we will
continue to work with her for our future vacations.

In my request for a quote I said that it was easier to contact me
via email. Rita French got back to me almost immediately. I
remember I sent an email one evening, after regular business hours,
and she got back to me that night (I believe she replied sometime
between 9 and 10 p.m.). I would have no problem recommending
Cruisemagic and Rita French. My husband and I felt that we
received the best deal there was and didn't have do a whole lot of
searching as I have done in the past. VERY VERY HAPPY with
the service!
